  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas, green beans…)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  1. In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, sauté ground beef and onion until cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Next, add garlic powder, paprika, parsley, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  3. Then, pour in the milk, broth, tomato sauce, macaroni, and frozen mixed vegetables. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked to al dente, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the pasta is ready, stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese until melted. Finally, sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top. Enjoy your delicious meal!
